Delete your Mindoria account
You can permanently delete your Mindoria account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it: directly inside the app, or by sending us an email request if you no longer have the app installed.
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted you will lose all your progress, XP, streaks, friendships, achievements, leaderboard entries, and PvP history. We cannot restore deleted accounts.
What gets deleted
When you request deletion, we erase:
- Your profile (display name, email, avatar, friend code).
- Your learning progress (lessons, topics, subjects, XP, level, streaks, hearts).
- Your achievements and spaced-repetition review schedules.
- Your PvP match history and rating.
- Your friendships and friend requests.
- Your leaderboard entries.
- Your settings, preferences, and notification tokens.
- Any support messages you sent us.
If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through Google Play before deleting your account, as Google Play subscriptions are managed independently from your Mindoria account.
What we keep, and for how long

After these retention periods, all remaining data is permanently removed.
Method 1: Inside the app Recommended
If you still have Mindoria installed, this is the fastest way:
- Open the Mindoria app.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Settings (gear icon).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm your identity by entering your password (or by confirming your email if you signed in with Google).
- Tap Delete account to confirm.
Your account is removed from our active systems immediately.
Method 2: By email
If you no longer have the app installed, or if you cannot sign in, you can request deletion by email.
- Send an email from the email address registered to your Mindoria account.
- Address the email to [email protected].
- Use the subject line: Account deletion request.
- In the body, simply state that you would like your Mindoria account permanently deleted.
We will verify the request, delete the account, and confirm by reply within 30 days (typically much sooner).
